The job record, photos, and agreed scope are all timestamped and stored the moment you create them. If a client refuses to sign, that refusal is part of the record. You still have documented proof of what was agreed and what was completed. The verification link still exists. A missing signature is not the same as a dispute won.
All GuildSeal records (Handyman, Pro, and Shield) are permanently stored and anchored to the blockchain. Verification links never expire. The difference is the payment flexibility and business automation features. Pro and Shield add deposit collection, Google review automation, and multi-user access.
No. The Handyman plan has a $0/month subscription fee and includes unlimited jobs, completion invoicing, and permanent blockchain records. GuildSeal monetizes this tier via transaction markup fees (1% on card payments / 1.8% total fee on ACH bank transfers) when your clients pay you.
Processing fees cover the cost of card and bank payments through our payments partner.
Pro and Shield — no GuildSeal markup:
Card: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
Bank (ACH): 0.8%, capped at $5
Handyman — processing includes a small platform fee:

There is no cap on card fees on any plan. The $5 cap applies only to bank/ACH transfers on Pro and Shield plans.
No. Once a record is anchored, it's written to a public ledger that nobody controls — not your client, not you, not us. We don't have an edit button. That's the point.
Yes. Upgrade at any time and all your existing records will be restored and permanently anchored in your dashboard, even if they had already expired.
